1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Chimevio. By accessing the website, creating an account, opting in to SMS, or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Chimevio.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Chimevio. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. The Chimevio service
Chimevio provides access to an AI assistant through SMS and related website features. Depending on availability, users may ask questions, receive AI-generated responses, create one-time reminders, list or modify reminders, review usage, and manage account settings.
Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Some features described on the website may be marked “Coming Soon” and are not yet available. We do not promise that every feature will be available at all times or in every location.
3. Accounts and your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account and mobile number current. You are responsible for activity through your account and number, and for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and device. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or number is being used without permission.
4. SMS messaging terms
SMS enrollment is optional and separate from your Chimevio web account. You may create an account, access the web dashboard, and use non-SMS features without providing a phone number or agreeing to receive text messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you actively select the optional SMS consent checkbox and submit your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring conversational AI responses, user-requested reminders, and limited service-related messages from Chimevio.

- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
- Reply START to resume messages after opting out.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers or devices are supported. You are responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. Chimevio does not send third-party promotional or marketing messages through this program.
5. AI-generated content
Chimevio uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether to rely on it. Do not treat AI output as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other qualified advice.
Chimevio is not an emergency service. Do not use it to contact emergency responders or for situations involving immediate risk of harm. Call the appropriate emergency number when urgent help is needed.
6. Reminder limitations
Reminders are a convenience feature and may be delayed, duplicated, or not delivered because of carrier outages, service interruptions, incorrect timezone settings, device issues, or other circumstances. Do not rely on Chimevio reminders for emergencies, medication, safety-critical tasks, legal deadlines, financial obligations, or any event where a missed reminder could cause serious harm or loss.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Chimevio to:
- Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud or abuse.
- Send spam, harassment, threats, malware, or deceptive content.
- Exploit, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Access another person's account or information without authorization.
- Use automated systems to evade limits or create excessive traffic.
- Submit content you do not have the right to use.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or the service is at risk.
8. Content and ownership
Chimevio and its website, branding, interface, and software are owned by Chimevio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the service.
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You give Chimevio permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chimevio is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that AI responses, reminders, messages, or website features will be error-free, timely, or suitable for your needs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chimevio and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to Chimevio will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms as Chimevio changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
